Built with two specialist foam layers, the mattress includes a robust polyurethane (PU) foam base for structural stability and longevity, and a 3 cm viscoelastic top layer that conforms to body contours to evenly redistribute pressure and enhance comfort. This dual-layer system supports long-term immersion and envelopment—essential for high-risk skin integrity care.
The protective cover is made from durable, liquid-resistant, breathable, and anti-bacterial fabric, designed to reduce moisture build-up and support infection control protocols. It is flame-retardant and machine washable up to 95°C, making it easy to maintain high hygiene standards across clinical environments.
