Cura Bariatric Legacy

The Cura Bariatric Legacy Chair is a clinically engineered care chair designed to meet the needs of bariatric users, providing robust structural support while maintaining comfort and postural integrity. Standard features include Tilt-in-Space, backrest recline, and an elevating leg rest, facilitating pressure redistribution, optimal positioning, and enhanced seated comfort for long-term care.

High-Capacity and Safe Design
Engineered for higher weight capacities, the chair supports a safe working load of up to 254 kg (40 stone), with reinforced scissor-lift technology capable of handling up to 160 kg on the legrest. Its spacious frame and reinforced structure provide stability and safety for bariatric users across aged care, palliative, hospital, and disability support settings.

Customisable Clinical Features
The Bariatric Legacy can be adapted to individual needs with postural supports, lateral supports, footplates, trays, and interchangeable backrest styles, along with adjustable seat depth and width. Bespoke, made-to-measure construction ensures a tailored fit for optimal pressure relief and postural alignment.

Durability and Aesthetic Integration
Available in stocked colourways with an extensive range of special order fabrics and finishes, the chair combines clinical functionality with aesthetics suitable for both care facilities and home environments. Well, the mattress is totally perfect. The one I got originally was excellent, but then I thought maybe I needed a firmer one. I rang Ricardo, and he could not have been more helpful. He bought around the firmer one, and I had a trial and found it to be amazing, so he has just swapped them over. I seriously cannot recommend him highly enough.
 
His care is incredible. He even made my bed perfectly when he changed the mattress over. I didn’t have to do anything except get into bed when it was night time!!! So, if any other participants are needing such a thing, please keep this in mind because I honestly couldn’t be happier.

I am 65 years old and now living in Perth enjoying all the cycling tracks, the weather etc so there is no age limit to this wheelchair please give it a try it might change your life too!
